CPU Overheating after installing new GPU

I recently installed a new GPU, an XFX RX 460 4GB, but now my CPU keeps overheating, I'll turn my PC on and the CPU temps skyrocket... My CPU is an A8-7600, and it's heatsink is clean, along with a working fan, and my PC has 2 other fans that work as well...

I've been trying to fix it, but can't find a way, it also may be helpful to let you guys know my CPU does run at 3.1Ghz normally, and did perfectly fine before this...

It's overheating because it's fully utilized, maybe with old gpu it could use 70% cuz of the bottleneck, but now at 100% it's using more heat...
