Can I still use my warranty after voiding the label for thermal paste replacement ?

PC specs:
cpu intel 6700k
MB : asus maximus hero VIII motherboard
corsair vengeance 8 gb memory 2666mhz
corsair vengeance 2*8 gb memory 3200 mhz
MSI R9 380 4gb gaming GPU
1 ssd 120gb
2 HDD
case is cooler master k550 mid tower with 1 case fan

I have been using my rig for a year with no problems till suddenly the screen went black so I removed the card ,cleaned PCI-e slot , updated the software , tried another pin connector from PSU but still not working even the fans on card don't spin so I tried another card and it worked so I think the MSI card burnt out .
I opened the card and removed the back plate to change the thermal paste on gpu 6 months ago because the card ran idle on 50c and while gaming 75c so that voided the warranty label .
what should I do ? should I contact MSI for it although the warranty label is removed ?
I'm from Egypt and shipping the card back to america "amazon " would cost about 80 $ so I wanna make sure they will replace it or repair it .
Can I still Use the warranty although the label was removed ?
Thanks in advance

More about warranty voiding label thermal paste replacement
  1. For reference, it appears that you should be fine to RMA it if: 1.) your card is still under warranty 2.) you didn't do the damage to the card by replacing the TIM (thermal paste).

Ok , if I removed the label on the screw over the gpu heatsink without replacing the thermal paste would it still be out of warranty ?
