AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Temperature Concerns

I recently built a computer and i have some questions about my cpu temp.
My parts are:
cpu: Ryzen 5 1600
gpu: Gtx 1050 ti oc edition 4gb
mobo: msi B350m gaming pro
psu: evga 500 watt 80 plus certified
ram: crucial-ballistix 8gb ddr4-2400
Case: Corsair carbide series SPEC-01
hardrive: toshiba 1tb

So when i am on desktop doing nothing my pc runs around 40-45 celcius, when i play games like pubg or rocket league the temp goes up but not by a lot. However, when i stream or upload videos(1080p. 60fps) my temp sky rockets to 70-80 celcius and the load percentage goes up alot. Is it normal for the cpu to do that and is that dangerouse for my cpu? Thanks

  1. Get a second opinion on that load temp. Check using Ryzen Master.

Seems a bit warm. Are you using the stock cooler? My 1600X @ 4GHz is sitting at 34C as I type this. Creaping up to the low 40Cs occasionally. But I'm using a small liq. cooler. See if your BIOS will allow playing with the CPU cooler's fan curve. Might just need more rpms at idle and load.

  5. Idle temp is pretty dependent of environment temps, 10 - 15c over it is quite normal.

Yes i am using the stock cooler.
ok, im downloading speedfan and will change the rpm. ill let you know if it works!
Btw , is there anything i need to worry about when changing the fan speed?

Edit: is it bad if i max out my fans? the temp seems okay for idle when i do.
