Recommended Fan Setup with AIO Cooler(Only have 2 fan headers)

Hi, I am purchasing the thermaltake water aio and would also like to add 3 case fans to my build. The problem is, the motherboard I have purchased only has two fan headers. I would like to control the speed of the other fans with the motherboard, but my headers are being occupied by the pump and the radiator fans. What can I do in this situation?

Should I plug the controller that comes with the AIO cooler into the fan hub along with the other fans?

yes , except the cpu fan.

The pump? The aio comes with radiator fans and a pump, so just exclude the pump and plug that into the other header?

that 4pin goes into that 1 system fan on your motherboard.
the sata power cable goes to the psu.

the pump goes on the box, like all other fans EXCEPT the cpu fan that goes into the cpu header.
