Can I overclock my Ryzen 5 1600?

I'm confused because, i don't know which memory i should buy? and i am new to this(my first pc). I have the last money to spend (€160)
And i have a Ryzen 5 1600 and i want to overclock with stock cooler 3.2 to 3.6/3.8, is the corsair vengeance LPX DDR4 16gb 3200mhz worth it? Which one you recommend to my pc? And what mhz? I heard that it go back to 2133...And i haven't alteady the parts , im gonna buy them all, this is my pc what i want :

-Ryzen 5 1600
-MSI Tomahawk B350
-Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR4 3200Mhz
- RX 580 Sapphire nitro+ limited editon 8GB
-WD 1TB HDD
-Kingston U400 120GB SSD
-Evga 600W

Tell me if i make a mistake and what should i change. (Sorry for my english)

  1. Yes, you can overclock, but this is usually never recommended with the stock cooler on most CPUs as they never perform well.

Yes you can easily do 3.6/3.7 on the stock cooler.

As for the ram it might only be capable of reaching 2933 MHz but that's a lot better than 2133 for ryzen. Should be a nice computer

  3. Ignore the above ryzen doesn't have the crap stock coolers of all the chips in the past.
