i5-4690k w/ Watercooling: What watercooler & will it fit?

Hi everyone! I've been attempting to do research with little to no specific details on what would work, so I would like to ask this community for their opinion. I would like to purchase a water cooler, but I have no idea which one will fit my case, which is the best, or if it will mount on my case.

Specification List:
CPU: i5-4690k @3.6GHz (Turbo'd to 4.0GHz)
Motherboard: MSi Z97-G45 Gaming ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws Series 8GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Video Card: MSI - Radeon R9 390 8GB Video Card
Case: Phanteks - Enthoo Luxe ATX Full Tower Case

I was considering Corsair's H series, as they seem to be good performance for my budget (£90)

Edit: Forgot to mention, my followup question would be what to OC to, as I'm also a beginner to overclocking.

  1. You want to evaluate the socket for your CPU (LGA 1150) and then determine if this is supported, which it is by almost every cooler produced. https://ark.intel.com/products/80811/Intel-Core-i5-4690K-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3_90-GHz

As for case - this is easily found by Googling for information, in which there is a large sum. http://www.overclock.net/t/1144409/h80-h80i-h90-h100-h100i-h110-case-compatibility-thread-page-1-for-full-listings

There are about 5 other questions that would normally follow this, but considering you didn't get very far in the research gathering step, we can wait until you've sorted all that out.
