Overclocking Ryzen 1600 to 4.0Ghz

I am currently upgrading to a Ryzen 1600 and am wondering if a Cryorig H7 would be enough to overclock it to 4Ghz (If my chip is capable of it)? If not, would a Scythe Mugen 5 be able to? Please take noise into consideration, too.

  1. The stock Wraith Spire will take you to somewhere around 3.7. The H7 will take you around 3.8. For 4 and above, first you need the silicon lottery on your side and then a good quality AIO along with a x370 board.

If I have the silicon lottery on my side, will I be able to overclock to 4ghz with the h7?

The H7 is a good unit, but you stand damaging the chip if you try to push that cpu to 4 with it. Not recommended.
