Computer freezes almost every time I close a game

whenever I start a game it works fine and it runs smooth 60fps. I've checked my temperatures for my cpu/graphics card and they seem to be normal (30c-50c). I have 8 gb ram so I don't think it's that i've scanned my pc for viruses with 2 different softwares. Wouldn't think it's my psu since it's 800 watts but i'm not sure.

so when I close the game what happens is my screen will just freeze not at a black screen but right after I close it everything freezes I can't move my mouse and I can't open anything. The only way I can really fix it is to restart my pc.

You might run memtest86+ overnight...or at least for a few hours. Freezes such as this when hardware has previously worked and temperatures are not an issue can be caused by bad RAM (and RAM goes bad at times for almost no reason when it worked the day before).
