  1. Do you have the power plugged into the card from the power supply? The correct power lead, PCIe cable? Is this a new or used card? Seems like you are using adapters, try a direct connection to a monitor without the adapters.

Yup I connect it with 6pin from my PSU I said fan spinning, this card is working on my friends system. I didn't get " connection to a monitor without the adapters " ??

You listed this for the connections you tried " I tried DVI to VGA, HDMI to VGA" that is using adapters far as I can since they are going to different connection types at each end. Check for a BIOS update for the motherboard, maybe it's the power supply, the VS is not a horrible unit from Corsair but is their lowest model.

I cannot connect without adapters.... BIOS I already update, I think vs550 should be good.. I hv last option of connecting Displayport to VGA :(

When you tested the card in another computer, did you also use those same adapters? If they worked there they should be OK on your system. You don't have a video cable going to the motherboard do you? Just to the video card? You may want to borrow your friend's power supply to try in your computer. If the card worked fine in another system, not a lot of things would cause it not to work in yours, PCIe slot issue or BIOS issue with the card, cable in the wrong place, power supply not powering it properly.
