PC crashes every time I try to play a game - Part 2

In my last thread, I noted how my PC has all of the sudden started crashing every time I tried to play a game. I came to the conclusion that it must have been that my PSU must have worn out. So I went trough and bought a new PSU, the EVGA 650 Watt 80+ Gold Rated PSU, and I thought that would have been the solution I needed. However, this problem has persisted and it has been very frustrating for myself. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My Specs:

GPU: AMD Radeon R9 270x
CPU: Intel Core i7 4790k
RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance GDDR5
PSU: EVGA 650 Watt 80+ Gold Rated PSU
Motherboard: ASUS Z97-A
OS: 64-bit Windows 10
Hard Drive: Western Digital Blue 1TB SATA 6 Gb/s 7200 RPM 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch

  1. Well you didn't seem to post your temps at all in the other thread, so did you check or just buy a new PSU. Temps usually crash a PC when gaming or under stress. CPU or GPU, could be either.

  2. Did you ever bother to check your temps while Gaming (noone cares what idle temps are) do you have an oc on your cpu or gpu?

At first I thought it was just temps because my CPU was very high when under stress (90C - 100C). So I got a CPU cooler and it brought my temps down to 19C - 30C idle and 70C max under 100% load. My GPU runs at 50C under stress, which as far as I can tell shouldn't crash a PC. The problem still persists though even with the relativity low temps.
