Is this a good budget build for gaming at 1080p?

AMD Ryzen 1400
Gigabyte AB350 Gaming 3
Patriot Viper 4 DDR4 16GB (2x8GB)
HIS RX 580 IceQ 8GB
As for the PSU im still trying to find one, recommend me? Will there any bottleneck? This is my first build so any help will be much appreciated. Thanks

Excellent build, no bottlenecks and components are well matched. Surprised that you can find an RX 580 though, they seem to be sold out everywhere (it's an Ethereum thing). It was not in the list of GPU's on PCPartPicker but this website states it is a 185W GPU.

Based on this I would suggest a 550W or so PSU, here are four recommendations,3zNypg,qYTrxr,DPCwrH/

    PCPartPicker part list:
    Price breakdown by merchant:

    CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1400 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($157.49 @ SuperBiiz)
    Motherboard: Gigabyte - GA-AB350-GAMING 3 ATX AM4 Motherboard ($101.49 @ SuperBiiz)
    Memory: Patriot - Viper 4 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($134.99 @ Amazon)
    Power Supply: SeaSonic - G 550W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($69.39 @ SuperBiiz)
Other: HIS RX 580 IceQ 8GB
    Total: $463.36
