Is this a good budget build for gaming at 1080p?

AMD Ryzen 1400
Gigabyte AB350 Gaming 3
Patriot Viper 4 DDR4 16GB (2x8GB)
HIS RX 580 IceQ 8GB
As for the PSU im still trying to find one, recommend me? Will there any bottleneck? This is my first build so any help will be much appreciated. Thanks

    Excellent build, no bottlenecks and components are well matched. Surprised that you can find an RX 580 though, they seem to be sold out everywhere (it's an Ethereum thing). It was not in the list of GPU's on PCPartPicker but this website states it is a 185W GPU.
