Samsung SSD Evo 960 m2 sata 250 Gb on Gigabyte Gaming 5 low performance problem

I have GA-Z97X-Gaming 5 (rev. 1.0) main board and 4 GB DDR 3 kingston ram and Intel i5 4690k CPU system.
So Samsung Evo 960 on m2 sata 250 gb nvme on plug to m2 sata slot GA-Z97X-Gaming mainbord.
I have a issue . So It is m2 sata ssd has very performance SSD disk, so It can write 19000Mb /sec and read 3200Mb /sec data procces.

I am installed with Windows 10 64 UEFI boot So I am testing m2 sata ssd with ATTO banchmark tool tested . It is performans very very low read 800Mb/sec write 750Mb/sec .

How does I samsung evo 960 m2 sata ssd device use full performance ?

Can you help me for this problem ?

    Well, number one, Samsung doesn't make an "Samsung SSD Evo 960 m2 sata 250 Gb" drive.

    They do make a non-SATA PCIe NVMe drive. The motherboard will deliver up to 10 Gb/s data transfer speeds since it uses 2 lanes of a PCIe 2.0 motherboard. The drive is PCIe 3.0 x 4 lanes. You might consider using an adapter card.
