  4. AMD's integrated graphics is like a low end discrete card....from 4 years ago...

I'n not expect snappy fremerates with anything other than low settings at lowish resolutions...

  8. That's an APU processor and GPU is integrated with CPU, if it wasn't working you wouldn't see anything at all on the screen. Check for appropriate drivers http://support.amd.com/en-us/download and make sure you download drivers for APU, not ordinary drivers. Even with same version numbers, they are not same as for dedicated GPUs. Also checkin BIOS to see how much RAM is dedicated to GPU.

  10. Go to the site I linked, Look under that tab "Manually select your driver".
    Step one, select "APU"
    Step 2, select "Mobile Apu"
Step 3 "A series Apus with R5 graphics"
Step 4 select your windows version
Select Show results and download offered driver. Once downloaded, double click on drivers .exe file and it should install the driver.

  15. Must be a bug in SW than, 0% means a black screen as it would not be running at all.

That's an APU processor and what you call "Graphic card" is built into it. CPU + GPU in one chip/package sharing same RAM. So, yes, it's running or no picture. In that processor's designation, A8 is processor proper and R5 7410 is GPU with it.
Processor has 4 cores and runs at 2.2GHz, 2.5GHz turbo. That being a laptop, it's made for power saving and is slower than desktop version of same number.
