Avoid buying new copy of windows 10

I am wanting to build a new budget gaming pc and in order to save a few bucks I was wondering if i could just use my old pc's hard drive. Not only that but I also want to know if that would keep me from having to buy a new copy of windows.

Well, if your older computer already has Windows 10 on it, you can use digital entitlement. I would also recommend doing a clean install since it will be a hard change.
