Can't overclock on Gigabyte AX370 K7

Hello there, it's been a while since I've asked the community for help.

Specs first:
Ryzen 7 1800X
Deep Cool Captain 240EX (AIO)
Gigabyte AX370 K7
G.Skill 3200Mhz of DDR4 RAM
Seasonic Prime 850W 80Plus Titanium
1080Ti Aorus Xtreme

I've been waiting for a new AIO cooler to arrive (was using the CM T4 temporarily) and it came today.

I started by flashing the new F4 BIOS by Gigabyte after their beta F4e BIOS, and I used this guide: http://overclocking.guide/gigabyte-ryzen-7-overclocking-guide/

And I used Linus' guide (Linus Tech Tips), but nothing seems to work.
I tried 3800-3900-4000 and my system would keep crashing.

Does anyone have this motherboard and/or knows how to overclock my 1800X system properly?
There are no reviews whatsoever on the new BIOS, almost every youtuber has the F3 version.
No recent information about Ryzen overclocking either, all my search results appear to be 2-3 months all.

Thanks in advance.
