No Video Output. Need a new BIOS?

Hey all.
I am currently working on my second computer build. My buddy wanted me to create one for him. I've ran into a wall though. I have powered everything on, yet there is no output. I have gone through many checklists, and I have not found a correct solution. My motherboard speaker is making one short beep at the beginning and that is it. Here is my build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Q7Pt2R
Yeah, I realize the PSU is huge. He wanted to use it for ETH mining.
I've read that other people have had to update their BIOS. Do I need to do that? And how do I do that?
Thanks all.

  1. Hi, They are compatible. Try testing each RAM slot. Using tv, or monitor?

Sorry for the late response, I've been on a vacation. But I've tried each RAM slot. I'm using a tv though. When I initially tried, I had both of my GPU's plugged in; however I took them out to test other things. Honestly I feel like I've tried every thing. Any other ideas?

I will do that in a few hours at a friend's house. Should I reset CMOS?

Not necessarily. Most probably the monitor will solve the issue. Once Windows and graphics driver installed, you should be able to use the tv.

It ended up working with RGB on a monitor! Thanks so much
