high quality h270 + dualbios vs lower quality z270

i really cant choice best mobo for myself
my cpu is i5 7500
my first choice is gigabyte ga h270 gaming 3
it has nice quality and software
and the single reason that i choose it because DualBIOS feature and beautiful rgb lights
but msi has a lot of z270 mobos at same price
im planning to upgarde my cpu in the future but idk my next upgrade should be a locked or unlocked cpu
please help me i cant really choose between them
i really want to go with z270 but without dualbios feature bios update is a nightmare for me
i updated my bios 2 times on my current desktop without any failures but its still a nightmare for me
and my case has 5 case fans and i need a cpu fan header too so i need 6 fan headers
which one i should choose plz help me

Well another Z270 Pro4 is also an option.
But to be honest you have little to gain from the Z270 if you have a non K CPU.

bad news is asrock is not available in iran :(
and im building a black and red rig so could you plz give a mobo name with red leds or rgb ?
and i already found a z270 mobo with red leds on msi
    my questions :
how much good is quality of msi ?
how much good is stability of msi boards overclocking ?
should i use fan header splitters for my case fans ?
and does msi has any bios recovery features like gigabyte dualbios or asus bios flashback etc ?
(i dont mean features like crashfree bios that it didnt work)
the last question is so much important to me
and sorry for my bad english
