the available shrink volume in C drive says zero. But there is more than 190gb free space in the drive.

when i try to partition my c drive by shrink volume, it says, u cannot shrink volume. See the defrag event in the aplication log for detailed information

    1. Why are you wanting to partition your drive?
    2. What size and type drive is this?
    3. What OS is this?
    4. It can't change partition sizes because your drive is fragmented.
