Sapphire Radeon Pulse Rx 560 (45w)

I bought the rx 560 4gb but found out there are no plugs connection, and someone told me it is the 45w version.
What does it mean ? Isnt it the regular rx 560 ? And will my peeformances will be worse than the benchmarks of the RX 560 Say ?
If it is worse , i want to replace it with GTX 1050 2gb. Should I ?
Thanks for the help

it simply means it runs only on the power the pcie slot gives it

close enough though that it doesnt really matter ( unless its doom, in which case the 560 is a lot better than a 1050 )
