  1. Yes, they just list the major speeds so it's not so cluttered. Just enable xmp and enjoy

    What is XMP profile? How do you enable it?

  3. Just go into the bios, you'll see an option in there somewhere for xmp, usually in the Overclocking menu, select profile 1, it will load the correct speed, timings and voltage for your ram itself, then save and exit.

    Without loading xmp profile, your ram will run at 2133mhz

    Xmp in simple terms is factory overclock settings, ie 2666mhz, your ram is pre overclocked to that speed at the factory and then programmed into the sticks of ram, you just have to manually select the option in the bios, some kits are capable of more, hence 3000mhz, 3200mhz, and others less like 2400mhz, hence the (oc) after every set of numbers in your title above.
