The IEC AC cords are standard and are technically interchangeable. However, some units beyond 1000W fail to switch IEC connector type to force use of cords rated 15A so you may want to keep tabs on those cords.
On the output side, each PSU vendor/manufacturer has its own pinouts so you cannot presume that any cord other than the OEM ones or aftermarket cables designed specifically for your PSU are compatible without double-checking them.

Do you mean the AC power cable, or do the power cable that comes with the unit to hook up to the motherboard, etc? If it is the later, why don't you have it?

I got the 750w version of the same thing and all the necessary power cables were included. Which particular cable are you missing?
