Overclocking DD4 memory and Ryzen 5

My specs are:

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600 (3.2Ghz) using default wraith cooler
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaw V 2x8GB (F4-3200C16D)
MOBO: Gigabyte AX370-Gaming K7 (Already flashed to latest BIOS - F4e)
PSU: Seasonic X-Series 650W (80+ Gold)
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 1070 Windforce OC
SSD: Samsung EVO 250GB
OS: Windows 10

My question is:
On the Gigabyte AX370-Gaming K7 what is the best settings I can use to get the most optimal overclocks?
I have already flashed my motherboard to the latest BIOS it has, which is even in Beta (which just means it's still coming out with more features for that particular release, but the BIOS itself is stable, as stated on the website)
I'll be honest, I've never overclocked before, so please reply with that in mind. Thank you for helping me out!

Try XMP/DOCP to see how it goes. If 3200 does not boot, lower DRAM Frequency until it can.

This memory kit is not officially supported for AMD. Hopefully the latest BIOS can reach fairly close. Also, that CPU may be limited as well. Let us know how it goes.
