Can I overclock well with this motherboard? Is this motherboard good enough for this build & future?

I'm putting together my first gaming PC and I found these components base on my budget till now and have some questions about them.

CPU: Intel Core i7 7700k
CPU Cooler: CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo
MotherBoard: MSI Z170A TOMAHAWK LGA1151 Z170 Mainboard
GPU: GIGABYTE GTX 1060 G1 Gaming WF2X OC 6GB GDDR5
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB 8GBx2 2400Mhz CL15 DDR4
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 64MB Buffer SATA3 HDD
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SATA3
Power: Good 650W
Case: Good one

Can I overclock well with this motherboard and cpu cooler?
Is this motherboard good enough for this build? Do I need to upgrade my motherboard anytime soon? Can I upgrade my GPU to GPUs which will be announced in 2019-2020?
I would appreciate any suggestion or help about my build.

You need to buy a Z270 board with that processor to ensure it will work out of the box without a BIOS update.
Yes all the Z motherboards will overclock.
The cooler is good enough to do some overclocking.
Change the memory to 3000 MHz.
If they sell a Cryorig H5 where you live I would look to buy that cooler for a bit better overclocking ability.
The boards should run any video card released within the next 4/5 years at the least.

  2. I agree that Z270 motherboards are better than Z170 as they have more current features and that will become important in next 2-3 years. Get a Z270 motherboard with at least one m.2 NVMe slot and USB 3.1 Gen 2 ( 10 Gbps ) USB.

Well, 7700K already has 4.2 GHz base clock and 4.5 GHz max turbo clock, so it has plenty of speed even without any OC. And when paired with GTX 1060 you should not need any overclock at all for games as long as you keep that GPU.
