DDR4 3200(OC)+/ 2933(OC)/ 2667(OC)/ 2400/ 2133/ 1866 * * 7th Gen A-series/ Athlon processors support a maximum of 2400 MHz.

Does this mean that since i am planning on getting a Ryzen 7 i can only use 2400mhz ram? or could i still get 3200(o.c) ram and it will work fine?

Overclocked RAM is still hit-or-miss on Ryzen motherboards right now. AMD just released another microcode update which will be in BIOS updates in a week or two. You might buy 3200 RAM and only be able to get it to run at 2667. It is difficult to predict right now.
