More about auto full power shutdown restart randomly
  1. Could be power supply just going bad or even memory going bad. Many random acts like this can be memory related. Personally I'd start by downloading memtest bootable usb, extract to a thumb drive, boot to the thumb drive and let the memory test run overnight to start

Sudden shutdowns without blue screens tend to be temperature or power supply related. Would need the temperature when you actually are crashing to rule that out. Power supply could be going; the capacitor quality isn't particularly good in that model, which is more towards the low-end.
