Time for an upgrade, but need help!!

I am really confused by AMD's GPU's. I have an R9 380 and dont know what the next best upgrade would be. My reason is for upgrade is I'd like to play Vermintide with higher frames. On about ~medium settings I get about 30 frames. I just need to know what the best and cheapest upgrade from the R9 380 would be that can achieve that. Thanks!

If you are going for as cheap as possible an RX 580 would be a perfect upgrade. It's a solid ~60%+ performance boost and a well priced card ($199 USD for 4GB and $220 USD for 8GB variant). Even Digital Foundry's review recommends it as a solid upgrade for R7 370X/R9 380 owners. Quote: "The RX 480 was and is a really decent performer, and we would have preferred a more capable successor a little further down the line. For its part, AMD is positioning this as an upgrade for R9 380 and R7 370 owners, where the performance uplift is substantial, but the same can be said for the existing RX product line too."

    Hope this helps :)

  3. List your full specs, sounds like your CPU is causing a severe bottleneck of sorts here.
