For $5 more than the blue you can pick up a wd re4 drive. 7200rpm, 64mb cache, 1tb capacity for around $54 (they used to be around $120 and still are at newegg).

I think it's worth the couple extra dollars, they're designed more for 24/7 operation than the blues. They carry a 5yr warranty vs the 2yr warranty on wd blue's. The additional features like lowered tler to prevent dropping out of a raid array probably won't do much for you but the blues are more geared toward basic desktop use and the re4's are enterprise drives geared more toward workstations or datacenters. They're almost identical to wd black drives but the black's are intended for single drive use (not suitable for raid). Usually they'd be a better buy but the $54 price from Amazon makes them almost a no brainer and cheaper than the wd black.
