It does support M.2 10gbs. You will have to remove any m.2 to sata.

do you mean any storage hooked up to sata express? and why does the NVME M.2 SSD say "M.2 SSD PCIe 3.0 x4"??? will i need to buy a PCIe adapter to utilise its rated speeds? and will it even work?

  3. Na that motherboard comes with an m.2 sata card right below the cpu socket. That is if you installed it. You only need to buy the m.2 ssd. The x4 simply means the M.2 has access to 4 pcie lanes. Depending on the motherboard you may lose some sata connections when using the M.2.

oh ok. when lookin on MSI's website here it says "M.2 Slot 1x 2280 Key M(PCIe Gen2 x2/SATA)" which is Gen2 x2 not Gen 3 x4, which is what the NVME M.2 SSD requires, will i still be able to use the SSD? and if so will it run at its rated speeds? and on the manual it says "The SATA5 and SATA6 ports will be unavailable when installing a module in the M.2 port." and when scrolling down on the manual it says "The SATA Express port will be unavailable when installing a module in the M.2 port." so effectively SATA5, SATA6 and SATA Express port wont be able to be used when the M.2 Module is installed.
