Need help installing PCI Ethernet Card

I recently purchased and successfully installed(put in the case) an Intel EXPI9301CTBLK Network Adapter 10/100/1000Mbps PCI-Express 1 x RJ45.

However, it does not seem to work as apparently I'm missing some form of drivers? It doesn't show up in device manager either.

When ethernet is plugged into it, it lights up but nothing is detected.

I tried searching for driver/help from intel and all I was told to do was to install Intel PROset(which did nothing).
