PC crashes at first boot

I'm having the following issue: PC crashes at first boot, displaying some random artifacts on the screen after the logo or simply a black screen. After 5 seconds it restarts by itself and boots up normally into Windows. I played DOTA 2 for 2 hours without any issues. This problem started to show up this week, after more than 1 year without any problems on my system. I recently updated to Windows Creators Edition, but I don't think this could be the root cause.

My spec:

CPU: Intel i7 6700k - 4.5Ghz @1.3V (OC)
Mobo: ASUS Z170K
RAM: 2*8 Corsair Vengeance @ 3000Mhz (OC)
GPU: Asus GTX 1070 FE (no OC).
Sound Card: ASUS Xonar DG
Cooling: Water cooling H75 Corsair
PSU: Corsair CX600M
HDD: Samsung SSD EVO 205GB + Kingston SSD V300 128GB

Things that I've already tried:

- BIOS update (latest version)
- Clear CMOS (factory defaults - removed OC)
- Test memory sticks (no issues were found)
- Moved memory sticks to another DIMM (from DIMM A1 B1 to A2 B2)
- Disabled Fast Boot and ROM message
- Clear Windows 10 Installation (Creators Edition)

If someone could help me with this issue I would be grateful.
Thank you

  1. Update: It seems that Fast Startup option within Windows 10 was causing this. By disabling this I can now boot without problems. A similar problem can be found at this link:
