The EVGA SuperNOVA G2 550W is the best among your PSU choices.

The GTX 1060 will highly unlikely be bottlenecked by your i3-7100 (slight chance only if game is CPU-intensive).

You're good to go with the PSU, MB, CPU, and GPU.

    thanks!
look i found another G2 for almost the same price:
EVGA 220-G2-0650-Y1 Power Supply, ATX, Fully Modular
    EVGA 220-G2-0550-Y1 Power Supply, SuperNOVA 550 G2 80 + Gold Rated, 550 W, ECO Mode, Fully Modular, ATX 12V/EPS 12V

    $5 difference
  3. If the G2 650 is almost the same price, then, I'd get that over the G2 550. Both are more than enough for your build.
  4. The EVGA 450B3 is more than sufficient for that build.

EVGA SuperNOVA is the better-quality PSU (7-year warranty) and based on Super Flower's Leadex Gold platform. Seasonic M12II-620 EVO is also good, if you have a limited budget (5-year warranty). Both are fully modular.

EVGA Supernova without a doubt but both are pretty overkill in my opinion.
The same 520w model from SeaSonic will do your job easily.
