Need help choosing PSU: Seasonics X-750 KM3 Gold or Antec EDG750??

I've had been using using a Corsair VX550 PSU for almost 6 years now.
Since around 1.5 years my PC has been experiencing random shut downs and sometimes refuses to boot.
It looks like my PSU is damaged, since the voltage readings in HWMonitor is not what it should be: 5V one would be around 4.3-4.4V; 3.3V is around 2.9V. 12V one around 13.9 V.

I opened up my PSU 3.5 months back in Jan, and noticed a lot of lint and dust inside the PSU. Cleaned it up and the random power offs reduced to just 3 instances in 3 months.

Since two weeks the issue is back much frequently and I have finally decided to replace my PSU.

So, I had gone through the PSU Tier List and shortlisted the below two PSUs easily available in India and within my budget:

both are in Tier II, 80+ Gold and fully modular.
Even though they are an overkill for my current config, they should be helpful for the incremental upgrades I'm planning over the next two years.

I am confused whether I should go for the Antec one since its newer (i guess 2014) than the Seasonic one (2010?)..
Also the Seasonic one is sold in India by overclockerszone.com (Tirupathi Enterprises which is the authorized distributor) and is still selling it at INR 11500 since two years I have been checking out this PSU.
Antec one is a bit cheaper at around INR 9800.
But SeaSonic seems to be very reliable based on what I have read so far, so I am feeling a biased towards Seasonic..

What would you guys suggest?

Hi - Go with the X 750, here in the US it has a longer warranty (7yrs vs 5) which normally indicates
better build quality. The Antec unit is also mfgd by Seasonic but is on their G platform, one step below the
    KM3 platform.

Thanks toyftw. I had not known that about the Antec unit.
Seems unclear here if the warranty for Seasonic X-750 is 5 or 7 years, since different websites mention both 5 years and 7 years.

I will go for the Seasonic one. Picking your answer as the solution.
