M.2(NGFF) Wireless Card to PCI-e 1X Adapter?? Is this all I need to have a nice sounding wifi card? I'm confused by this tech

OK, here is the product hyperlinked for you to see it with your own eyes to begin with.:
M.2(NGFF) Wireless Card to PCI-e 1X Adapter.
They are dropping like lightning fast for some reason so what else do I need to be able to use this as my new wifi system in place of this crappy usb thing I have. I just need to know what other componant I'm missing from this product b/c my MB, the ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming, does support m.2. Please help me I want to order one of these before they are gone which looks like I have less than an hour. Thanks to all who can help in anywway!

yes your spot on im finding as well, but, does my M/B's M.2 support that? it says it needs an M.2 w/ wifi but I dont know if my MB does ort not. My M/B's M.2 is , [ M.2 socket 3, M Key, and sizes 2242/2260/2280/22110
  3. No it uses a PCI-E slot. The wireless card you install on it is an M.2 NGFF wireless card

The M.2 slot on the mobo is different to what's on this adapter

This is a better pic of this adapter. Where it says NGFF key A. Thats what the wireless card slots into
