CPU core voltage is different in BIOS and CPU-Z

I put my CPU core voltage at 1,200V in BIOS and ran Prime95 and Aida64 without any issues. Still, HWMonitor and CPU-Z say that my vcore is at 1,232V? Is this normal or should i change something?

I have noticed that your actual power tends to fluctuate, especially if you have adaptive voltage or something similar going on... Even when I have set the voltage, it tends to fluctuate a little.

I wouldn't worry too much with that voltage differential, it's not something crazy high...
