Solved

USB "automatically use this option for this type of files" checkbox is missing.

I have a TOSHIBA Satellite. When I format the system using the original windows 7, the checkbox returns, but then I start removing TOSHIBA's apps and installing Microsoft Visual C++ and .NET Framework shit that's needed for games and other stuff, the checkbox gets lost somewhere along the line. How do I get it back?

So, tested it with my Kingston USB flash drive on my Skylake build (Win 7) and when you have mixed content on your USB, you won't get that checkbox.
Only if the content on USB is of same type, e.g only audio files, you'll get that checkbox.

If you want to set presets for each file types, go Control Panel -> Autoplay and select preferred preference for each file type.
