Pc boots but no display in monitor(no signal) neither with DVI or HDMI.

Hi! My pc finally boots, after I couldn't do it myself I took it to an expert, and he finished it by rebuilding everything. He showed me that the pc boots into the bios and everything. So, when I get home with my pc happy af.. I plugged it to the monitor with DVI but it said no signal, and the power light was in orange more or less. I thought, that maybe the DVI had problems, so I went to Walmart and got some HDMI, but still no signals. What the hell is going on? The tech today is close, so I can't go for him to fix my problem. Guys what can I do? really want to play already.. xD Tell me with steps, what I have to do, just make sure is nothing hard, like unplugging things ect.. Please guys!!! I want to install windows and start playing already. u.u

Hi, Make sure that you're connecting the monitor to the graphics card, and not to the motherboard.

Hi! Are you serious? xD So, that means I have to take the plate out of the case to do it? Also, where do I find it? I have the GTX 1070 gigabyte G1 3 fan.
