  3. but during your gpu benchmarks you did not suffer any crash to desktop or computer freezes or bsods?
    what is your motherboard?
I'm thinking if you don't suffer any of the above then you should be running your 970 as good as it's gonna get

  4. I didn't suffer any crash or freeze while test i am running whit Asrock Z97 Anniversary.

Also why am i asking becouse its a bit f* up i see all those videos on youtube how guys whit same system run that game on like 60 fps whit settings maxed out and still getting 60 fps i had to turn down lot of settings to have it 60fps constant..

  5. did those guys mention their monitors? like if their monitor is at 720p or something. and your monitor is better than theirs.

you can try buying new cpu cooler (like a coolermaster 212 evo or something like that) and new power supply from seasonic or evga g2? your psu is due to upgrade anyway. but those I don't think it will help your gaming fps per se because you don't suffer crashes.

  9. I would second that it could be the PSU, may as well re-install the drivers for the GPU (Make sure to tick 'clean install' if you do). May help, may not. But it would be worth upgrading the PSU nonetheless.

EDIT: GPU temps would also be a good idea to post, it could be overheating and throttling for all we know.

  13. @MaDDD what is best software to measure gpu temps in mid of game for example or some sort of a test how do you recomend me do it?

  14. you can use gpuz and just tell it to log to a text file
    Reply to mcnumpty23
  15. OK i told it to log it in a file how long should i run it for?
    Reply to marki9
  16. then once you tested it you just open the text file and see
    Reply to mcnumpty23
  17. run it for a little while until you think the gpu heated up

few minutes of gaming or benchmarks should be plenty

  18. it will be a pretty long text file just focus on the temperature column and scroll down

no just scroll the text document till you spot the highest temps

  21. The highest temps were 80 celsius and most of them were between 60-70
    Reply to marki9
  22. yeah thats ok

80c a little hot but still not terrible

what games are you actually having problems in?

    and at what settings?
    Reply to mcnumpty23
  23. Did the log state the clock speeds of the GPU, around 80c'ish is the target temp for the GPU. So it will boost clock speeds until it reaches that temp then start to throttle the boost speeds back to maintain that temp.

  24. GPU Core Clock at 80 were most of time 1215 Highest core clocks 1227.7 (60-70-80)
GPU Memory Clock at 80 1752.8 Highest mem clocks 1752.8 (60-70-80 celsius)

    Is that what you need?
