Gaming PC Partial Upgrade Options/Help

Hi, I couldn't really find an answer that fit my current situation so I decided to ask in my own post. My current gaming pc is in need of an update, as it can no longer play recently released titles at 1080p. In my limited knowledge, I believe that I can simply Upgrade the 4 major components (motherboard, cpu, gpu, and ram) and keep the rest the same, given my (630w) power supply can handle the new upgraded parts. I would like my pc to be able to play all current games at 1080p 60 fps. My budget is South of $1k usd, the lower the better as this is a budget upgrade, ideally between the $600 - $800 range, if possible. I already have peripherals and monitor so those need not be included. This pc is mostly used for gaming, and video recording/editing, with the possibility of also streaming in the future. I am welcome to any and all help, my dream would be to have a gtx 1070 in my pc, but understand there are limitations within my aforementioned price range. I like the idea of 2k and 4k gaming but I do not believe at this current time that it is reasonable.

My Current PC:
- AMD Phenom(tm) || X4 965 Processor 3.40 GHz
- ASUS M5A97 R2.0 AM3+ AMD 970
- GeForce GTX 560
- Corsair Vengence 8GB DDR3 1600 MHz
- Samsung 850 Evo 250GB
- WD Cavier Green 3TB x2
- Rosewill 630w psu
- Apevia mid tower case (probably my oldest component)

    I figured you probably wouldn't have to upgrade your storage (please correct me if i'm wrong) and i think your power supply will be fine. I wasn't sure if you wanted to upgrade your case but if you did, I chose for you the NZXT S340 which is one of the best cases on the market. These upgrades will play any modern game on high settings at 1080p. The RX 480 will run games smoothly and the 6700 will be able to record and edit gameplay footage easily, and will be able to stream your games in the future. Hopefully these aren't too expensive. Sorry I wasn't able to get you your 1070 :(
