What is the best budget motherboard for the FX 8350?

Hey, i'm going to buy a motherboard soon for my FX 8350 processor, so i want to know your suggestions on which motherboard to buy considering this:

-Budget Motherboard
-Without heat issues (known in some 4+1 power phases mobos)
-I'm not going to overclock

I guess that's all.

  1. I'd say 990FXA UD3 from gigabyte, Asrock 990FX extreme 4, 6, 9

Are you buying the Processor new? Don't. A Pentium G4560 would do better in games, a CORE i5 7500 from Intel would crush it. Or you could wait for the Ryzen 1400 which will be the same price and MUCH better.

I do own the processor already, but i'm using a crap motherboard on it, so i wan't to upgrade.
  3. The Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 R5 is pretty much the go to motherboard for a reasonably priced, quality choice for a 125W processor.
  4. Yeah, GIGABYTE 990FXA UD3s seem to be the best cheapest choice out there
  5. OP, the recommendations given are excellent. Budget and 8350 don't really mix all that well, the very nature of running an 8350 correctly and dependably, even at stock clocks, generally necessitates a more robust build. You simply won't find cheapy $50-$60 motherboards that run a hot 125W CPU all that well.
  6. i would sell that fx 8350 for 50 dollars, and get a g4560 from intel.
  7. So does the GIGABYTE 990FXA UD3s mobo run smoothly the 8350? without any issues?

Yes. My bro's been running a 990FXA-UD3 and FX 8350 with a new CRYORIG H7 and has it OC'd 4.4 GHz no problems.
