i7 7700k Stutter while playing games

Hello.
I bought a computer a new computer with the i7 7700k and it happened a couple of weeks ago
The games would stutter for couple of seconds and then go back to normal,it haven't really bothered me much but I want to know if the problem could be fixed with any of you guys suggestions.
But one other thing that also bothers me is,when the stutter happens the Temperatures just jump around a bit and then go back
Example: one of the cpu cores is 60C and the other in the other second it jumped to 75C and then went back.
Any Suggestion will be appreciated.
Thanks :D

yeah my first question would be your cooling if your lag spikes coincide with temp spikes. Check to make sure your heatsink is snug and didn't get loose in transit from where it was built/bought to home. If it is all loose see if you can tighten it down a little. Also try reinstalling your drivers. Run DDU first in safe mode then install the latest drivers when your done. Lastly update all your motherboard/chipset/audio/lan drivers etc as well. LMK if any of these help.

I don't know if its related to the temps but sometimes it does that, the game stutter a bit the temps jump.
its not always like that, sometimes the game would stutter but I wouldn't see the temps jump.
I have installed all chipset drivers and audio and lan drivers but I cant update my bios and I don't want to update because there is no need and I don't think its related to the BIOS..
it still stutter sometimes as it is.
  4. Try to use High Performance power profile and see what happens.
