Can you use the Intel Pentium G4560 without a graphics card?

I want to buy the graphics card later because I don't have enough money so will the G4560 work without the GPU?

Long story short, it's pretty much a graphics to support displays for the CPU without a graphics card. So in particular your CPU is able to get up to higher resolutions but for gaming it's not really recommended.

    Refer to the CPU's site:

    Yes, it will.
The integrated HD610 graphics is somewhat comparable to a $80 discrete graphics card.
I think this is a very good way to go.
You will be better able to determine how strong you need to be for a graphics upgrade in the future.

As a caveat, buy a quality psu in the 500w range which can support whatever you might upgrade to in the future.
500w should support a card as good as a GTX1070.

  6. Realisticly 350/400W would be just fine if not even better than 500w, new systems really dont use much power, and consumption will be better with more adequate psu (lower W ). I would get Antec vp 400, its really cheap and its in tear 3 quality list, which is just fine. And yeah get 4560, 4620 is not worth the extra cost, you could go fine for some times with that integrated graphic, you can play LOL and stuff like that no problem on 1080p, even dota would run at 30fps low settings. Later on buy rx 470 (ideal for that cpu), or uppgrade to i5 7400 (on same H110 mbo, dont buy more expensive MBO!!) and get even stronger gpu.

yes, you can dedicate up to 2gb of ram from your system ram, use atleast 2x8gb or 2x4gb minimum, on 2400GHz. you can play new games on lowest setting only but like Dota2 or league of legends or cs go, this CPU was awesome.

  8. Saleh_5 Let's rewind for a moment. I see the G4560 already in your signature, as well as a RX 470, so I'm confused. You have DDR4-2666, but I think the H110 chipset will only set memory speed up to 2133 MHz. Does your H110 MB come pre-installed with the latest BIOS update that allows kaby lake CPU's or do you have to do download it?

Most important question: What is your current build? Please list the full specs of what you currently own, not what you're planning on getting. Also please provide your upgrade or build budget. If you're building a system from scratch then that's information worth knowing.

    specs in signature: Intel Pentium G4560 3.5GHz | ASRock H110M-HDV | Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2666 Memory | EVGA 430W 80+ Sandisk 120GB SSD RX 470

This thread is old, i already got my parts i bought 2666 memory but my motherboard only has option for 2400 ram max, I didnt need to update my motherboard because it was already updated to support kabylake when i bought it.. I should have got 2400 memory but ehh its fine. I didnt need to update anything motherboard worked with the CPU out of the box.
