It can support Kaby Lake, but it will most likely need a BIOS update. You won't be able to update the BIOS without a Skylake CPU. It may be possible if you have the update on a USB drive and boot from that, but I wouldn't count on it as I've not heard anyone that actually tried it.

ASUS H110M-E/M.2 CPU Support List by BIOS version: https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/H110M-E-M-2/HelpDesk_CPU/

Those motherboards were first available on Amazon in Aug. 2016, but the BIOS update is from Dec. 2016; so it probably won't have it already.
  2. It will probably work but there's a chance it will need a bios update.
  3. You need bios revision 2002 for that motherboard to work with a Kaby lake CPU. That bios was released in Sept of 2016 so you can roll the dice on it being a fresh off the line board with an updated bios. If not, you will need a skylake CPU to boot off of to step through the BIOS update process. Unfortunately this doesn't look to have the CPU free bios update feature that the ROG series boards have.

This is in no way related. But sure, I'll take a crack at it. Buy windows 10 and the problem goes away. Educate yourself on whats actually happening with "spyware, tracking you, reporting back to Microsoft, advertising that infests the OS, ugly OS" rather than the nonsense that the tinfoil hat crowd has propagated.

Want it to look like Win 7? Google and 3 seconds will get you articles like this:
    https://www.howtogeek.com/277448/how-to-make-windows-10-look-and-act-more-like-windows-7/

The simple fact is, there is a point where all OS's are no longer supported in both the software and the hardware. Windows 7 has hit that wall on multiple counts. Accept that using a computer means putting up with continual change and get on with your day.
