Maxed out cpu during gameplay

so i got a desktop as a gift from my parent 1 or 2 months ago so it was pre-built, it originay came with a Amd a4-6300 and it integrated graphic, and i bought a Nvidia 1050-ti to put in it. but the problem is my cpu is maxed at 100% just from opening google chrome and there fore makes it to i get immensely low fps during game play, no matter the graphics setting i get the same fps unless i put anti analising up higher. i want to know if the Amd a4-6300's are just this bad or if theirs something thats maybe causing it to be this bad or etc. if you guys need to know more about my specs i can tell you but i have a 350 watt power supply. I'm also looking at upgrading to a Amd a8-7600 as it fits my current socket on my motherboard.

Upgrading your processor is a good idea, because your actual processor is even worse than a 3 years old 50€ intel pentium processor that was originally designed for non-gaming use stuff like watching videos, browsing the web etc.

EDIT : It's 2 years old not 3, I didn't think it was more recent than the Pentium Anniversary

Nah, I just took that old pentium for comparison.
    You have two options :
-Keep your motherboard and change the CPU (best idea)
-Take an Intel compatible motherboard and take an Intel CPU (more expensive solution but you will have more upgradability)

Can you recommend an FM2 socket processor thats within a good price range and will allow me to run games like csgo, league of legends, and triple a games awell?
  5. Depending on your motherboard, the easiest thing would be something like AMD A10-7860K for just around $100. That's about the best FM2+ CPU and can be overclocked. What motherboard do you have?

If you wanted to go to a pentium, you would be looking at something like an ASRock B250M-HDV at $70 and a Pentium G4560 at $70 and would probably need DDR4 memory as well for another $50.

Your budget should provide the answer.

If it's an FM2+ socket motherboard, then take this one : https://www.topachat.com/pages/detail2_cat_est_micro_puis_rubrique_est_wpr_puis_ref_est_in10095714.html (this is a good price/performance processor because it has no integrated graphics)
If it's a regular FM2 socket, then you should probably change your motherboard to a newer one. The BEST FM2 processor is a dual core piece of shit : https://www.topachat.com/pages/detail2_cat_est_micro_puis_rubrique_est_wpr_puis_ref_est_in10073515.html
