Windows 10 suddenly not detecting SSD, Shows in Bios

About a week ago my SSD (Kingston but not sure about the exact model - Ill add that in if its important) stopped showing up in Windows. I checked the Bios to see if it was being detected and it does list it. It is also listed as an unknown device in device manager and as unknown under disk management ( cannot be initialized either ). I've replaced the Sata cable once and moved to another Sata port on the mobo, Still no luck however. If you guys have any tips I would be most appreciative.

Sorry - Forgot to include that I also checked if it was in AHCI. Did it again anyways with no luck. I also tried yet another sata 6 cable and changed to another port. Still Showing as an unknown device with no information in both Disk manager and Device manager.
