I just filled out the RMA request form on Samsung website. As part of the confirmation of the submit, Samsung offers this information.

What dredges of the internet did you find that?
I think this is an old link they used to have when they transitioned from HDDs to SSDs, and they just removed the link from the site, but for some reason kept the direct link active. Same thing happened with their XRA request form. They removed any mention of it from the site, but if you have the direct link, you can still fill out the form and submit an SSD XRA.
