If you have important data on that drive, back it up, just as a precaution. After that I'd suggest that you try the SSD with a different SATA port and cables, to see if the issue still persists.
You should also check for an available firmware update for your SSD model and install it to see if that fixes things up. Also, try updating your OS as well if possible.
And last but not least, download an SSD diagnostic tool (either the manufacturer's tool or a 3rd party one), just to double-check and see if there are any specific error, not just percentage for life expectancy.
