  1. Your link is not working for me.
What cpu do you need to cool?

The requirement to clear tall heat spreaders will limit your options.
Tall heat spreaders are marketing and useless so one option is to buy low profile ram.

My suggestion is to look at the noctua NH-D15s.
The fan is sandwiched between two cooling towers so you see little of the fan.
The s variants have been redesigned to clear tall ram heat spreaders.
Also, they have been designed with an offset so as to clear graphics card backplates in the first pcie x16 slot.

If you want, you can always replace the noctua fan with a 140mm black one.

The top dog is the Noctua NH-D15 tho many consider it a bit too fugly and are willing to give up the 1C advantage. The Cryorig is another great one, tho noticeably louder and the Phanteks PH-TC14PE rounds out the top 3 with the most attractive unit of the bunch. All those have two fans, and can support 3

Anything that tops the Noc uses water
  3. One of the best air coolers out there (or the 15). Fans are a bit ugly though.

If you are going to replace it, why not replace it with a better / cheaper one that delivers > 6C lower CPU temps at the same rpm or 3C when running 300 rpm slower.
