  1. depends on what you're doing.
but seeing the life cycle of an i7 vs. the lifespan of a GPU until it becomes irrelevant, I'd tend to the i7+1070
but it's also a question of resolution. if you're gaming @4k, there's no way past the 1080. if you're gaming @1080p, the 1070 is the better choice. if you got a 2k screen it again depends on preference.
with dx12 and games like BF1 (hopefully not) setting new standards in CPU demand, I think the i7 would be the wiser choice, but this is a highly opinion based topic
  2. non k 6700 with the b150?
  3. For gaming purposes only:
if you are using 144Hz or higher refresh rate monitor (or planing to get one soon) get i7.
if you are 60Hz (actually below 100Hz) user, i5 is sufficient.
anyway, below 1440p@144Hz, GTX 1080 is a waste.
  4. Given that a GPU's average life span is 2 years or less, and a CPU may last you 8-10 years, I'd get the i7 6700k, and 1070. You may have a little less performance right out of the gate, but over the life of the CPU, you'll be better off.
  5. Ty all for answers, also I forgot to say, right now I have 1080p, I want to change it on 1080p 144Hz. PC for gaming.

For 144hz gaming, a fast CPU is always needed. At 1080p @ 144hz, a GTX 1070 is perfect.

    i7 6700k with a z170 plus a 1070 for sure
