Need power cable for DVD-Please help!

So I recently got an older interior DVD player. To give power to it I need a male 4 pin molex, or a sata. I apparently accidentally threw away my molex power connectors. I have 4 pin ports on my PSU to add more cables. Can anyone point me to a 4 pin to sata or male molex cable on Amazon?
Thanks.

  1. Not sure I followed what power connectors you do have other than not molex.

If you have SATA power than a sata to molex adapter is what you are looking for.

Also, you may see if the PSU vendor could send you another cable as these cables are not universal so you usually cant hop on Amazon and buy one. Check with the PSU vendors support it may be fairly cheap.
  2. What I'm looking for is a 4 pin for a CPU or a GPU. So I could hook it up to my PSU. These are probably old cables, I dont know if they do this anymore, but all up along the cable are multiple sata's a/o molex connectors for lots of fans and stuff. I don't know alot about cable names.

Can you supply your PSU make and model?

I think what you want is the cables that plug into the PSU? If so those are not CPU/GPU connectors, its a custom connector which I realize looks similar but is physically incompatible to the CPU and GPU connectors. The one that physically goes into the PSU is custom for that PSU line. If you have your PSU make model you can search with that name and see if you can find a cable otherwise hit up the support site associated with PSU maker.
  4. Alright thanks for all your help man.

Welcome. Seriously do contact the PSU support, at least shoot them an email. You will be very surprised some of them may just send you a new cable for shipping costs or a couple bucks.
