Cs:go lag spikes with good hardware and fast Internet

Hi guys,

I am also having the same issue and I had a random Idea to purchase another wireless adapter different one ASUS USB AC 55 wireless adapter and Issue still persist in cs go and LoL random 2-3 sec lag and I kind of teleport back where I was also I do see a jump in my ping - MS every time. I tried dealing with my provide to rule it out and apparently not on their end pc is High end built. only happening in gaming nothing else.
windows 7
Intel core I5 4690k 3.50ghz
Nvidia GTx 920 2 g
16gb 1866 hyperx fury

Haven't tried a wired connection. anything else I should be ruling out ?

  1. Nothing else to troubleshoot: it is the wireless.

    Go wired or at least AV1200 powerline adapters.
  2. You don't happen to have Corsair peripherals do you? There's a known bug with a few .dlls packaged with the current build of the Corsair Utility Engine that are causing wifi issues for a lot of users.

    I will try to do it as soon as I have the chance, but is it normal that it was working perfectly fine before and it reverts to this issue when you are on wireless.

    Yes, none of your other applications used are so sensitive to latency, and unfortunately that is a big weakness of wireless,
